Crankshaft main bearing clearance

I am just about ready to assembly 964/993 project for final time. I checked crankshaft main bearing clearance, using plastigage. Rear main bearings checks to be .002 and the rest of others checked to be at least 0.003, Gylose (sp) main bearings. I was told that some GT3 do run at .003 clearance. My question is when using aggressive cam and 11.5 CR pistons, will this .003 clearance, using lightweight flywheel harmful? Since this is my first build and any suggestions or experience will be helpful to make my judgement to give it a go or not. Greatly appreciate the feedback. Thanks
