Fuel line from filter to engine.

I need your help with fuel lines for a 1974 911 2.7 running a 1997 3.0 CIS system.
After exhaustive research, I cannot locate a fuel hose to go from my fuel filter to the line that goes to the fuel distributor.

The line that comes from the fuel distributor is PET #930 110 514 00 (or 930 110 090 00.) It has a metal bracket at its 'up stream' end that bolts to the #3 intake runner just left of the throttle body linkage. This bracket terminates in a female 'flair' fitting. (Also, it has a thin line that branches off and attaches to the cold start injector.)

I have up dated my '74 to the newer fuel filter. I need a fuel line that goes from the male fitting exiting the 'new' fuel filter to the female fitting on the fuel line that goes from the 'bracket' into the fuel distributor.

None of the catalogues seem to show this line, regardless of which year model I look at.
I am happy to have a line made up custom, if someone can point me to a source.
Any help will be most gratefully appreciated.

That fitting at #3 is, I believe, the return line to the tank.
The one off the fuel filter goes directly to the fuel distributor with a second line at the point splitting to the cold start injector.

I have the fuel line you need. PM me with your email for details.

:)

What you have is a Polyamide Line that has "Tube" Fittings. Their barbs are totally different from "Hose" fittings and they should not be interchanged.

If you can post a photo of the line you need I can likely "re-make" it with your fittings and new Polyamide tube.

I have made up fixtures to do this with later models and this has worked out well.

If I can help or you have questions, its best to email me as my PM box is always full.

PS- I re-read this and see you have upgraded the motor & components. I do a lot of custom Hoses & Lines. This is one reason I make everything to order, lots of changes over the years and every year Porsche makes them better & better.

Art,

Bruce is correct about the fuel lines you need for the conversion. Have you updated also the FA (fuel accumulator) to 3-port or still using the older 2-port FA?

The fuel line at the left (pic) is the delivery line from the fuel filter to FD. The other connection is for the CSV. The return fuel line is the one with the bracket and a secondary hose for the 3-port FA. You need another fuel line for the WUR's return line.

If you want new fuel lines contact Len Cummings or contact Tom Butler for used OEM lines.
