What cams do I have?

Is there a way of knowing what cams are in my 2.7 by taking off valve cover. It's a built spec. Motor with carbs and polished and ported heads 40in/36ex.With SSI headers. Would like to figure out what cams are in it. Motor was purchased already done.

Not without setting the engine up for cam timing and a degree wheel to measure everything.
