911 3.2 Lost Power Cable from Battery to Starter
Hi Everyone.
Well, lost maybe too strong a word so misplaced might be better. I just got through my rebuild, lifted in the engine/trans, bought the hi-torque starter from Wayne and I'm darned if I can find the power cable that comes directly from the battery to the starter. The red is there from the alternator and the yellow but no high-current cable. I'm thinking it may have got caught up when lifting the engine. Does anyone know how and where this exits a cable bundle and comes out near the starter? I'm bewildered  Thanks

It comes out under the car. I'll try to remember and take a picture tonight. I think it's in the bundle that comes through the tunnel. I always tape it up with electrical tape and reconnect the battery so the door locks and alarm still work with the engine out of the car.

It's a single heavy black wire with an eye on the starter side.
