time to time the cams... anyone with Stomski tools to loan or rent ?
first build, even if it is "just" the top end. it's going well. I have the luxury of working in my machinist's shop and get rebuilt parts as needed along w/ the occasional oversight. (I've built several 4 cylinder Porsche engines. they're toys by comparison)
I've read the factory shop & parts manuals, Haynes & Wayne's book (*much* better) then I saw the video clips that Stomski has showing how his stuff works... and... WOW ! if anyone has Stomski cam installation & timing tools to loan (or rent) i'd be grateful. SR008 sprocket alignment SR011 mechanical chain tensioners SR097 cam nut tool SR098 cam timing fixture I have the P202, P203 & P204, but who would want to use that stuff when there's *way* better available ? (not yet pictured, but installed; chains, chain boxes, ramps, cams & flanges) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
