I was just wondering if you guys had any suggestions or opinions on places to get this engine rebuilt in BC/AB, Canada.

Jeff is definitely a great choice. If you're in Calgary, Alpine Autoworks is an option.

Is there anyone in Canada who can do case machining (line bore, oil bypass mod, piston squirters, time certs)?

He's done some head machining for me in the past, I know he also does other machine work but I'm not sure of all of his services.
