993 varioram engine swap vacuum lines?

Hi guys,
Trying to sort my 95 varioram vacuum lines to prepare my car for a California BAR inspection.
I have acquired a 96 aircleaner box I'll be fitting inace of the cone filter. This will give me a place to hook up the SAI but I'm still wondering about where these two lines go.
I believe the one with the red cap is a fuel tank valve? So is it just a vapor check valve that runs to the fuel tank? I have a vapor canister mounted behind the manifold that already has one line going to the tank, but there is another place to put a vacum line on the canister but is currently just capped. Maybe it can go there? Or should I splice into the line to the tank.

The second one on the manifold with the bolt pluging it I have no idea where it should go. Any ideas?
Any help is appreciated.
