case numbers
901-101-102.3R
901-101-101.4R Hi, I know a guy who have 2 engines laying in his garage, this engine are without fan, injection or carbs. Can I know what displacement are this engines by the casting numbers in the case ? Let me know regards |
Eduardo, you would be better off looking for the engine numbers on the case, and posting them. Take a look on the top of the case, where the fan would mount. Now look to the right of the fan mount and read the number stamped in the metal. It is in "xxx/xx" format. For example, "930/52", etc. Post that number here and we'll be able to tell you what the engine is.
Good luck, Colin |
Right, cowtown meant (I think), Engine Serial Numbers. There's a chart in the new book that will tell you what you have based upon the engine serial number...

Actually I was thinking engine type number, but I guess I was vague. Serial number would work too.
