17x8 +11 is too low offset for a turbo body car. There's really nothing you can do to fix that. I run a 9" wheel +30 et with a 245 or 255 tire. In that scenario, comparing your wheel to mine, your wheel will sit +6mm outboard from my wheel. My setup runs -2 degrees of camber with rolled lips and I still rub from time to time. Another 6mm of offset there's no way that's working without pulling the fenders and a lot of camber.

Maybe someone else can chime in but I don't see how that low of an offset would work on a front turbo fender car.
