I am incredibly relieved to finally have found the problem. I might be more happy that I get to blame this all on a bad torque spec in the book!!! I thought my mechanical credibility was going to take a shot somewhere along thing process. Although....its not running yet...

Machine shop, oil change and satisfaction coming this way!
