the WUR is powered on cranking
also the RPM limiter and air plate switched both take over once the engine is running

The MicroSquirt may lose power and reset during the transition but it could be reasonably happy just using the WUR power feed

I would personally
1. temporarily put the Bosch WUR back in place while you get everything up and running
2. if there are any starting or run issues that look to be power related, change to a proper ignition power feed
