I did look at your datalog on the MS2 forum. Every time the engine misses (RPM sudden drop) the commanded injector pulsewidth does not change, meaning that MS is still injecting when the engine stumbles. That leads me to believe that your ignition system is having a hiccup at that point. It does it while the engine is decelerating as well, but you do not feel that. Looking at "status 1", it is "8 status" which is RPM Synced until the first big miss, then it jumps to "9" which indicates the CPU needs a burn (1 status, added to 8 status = 9). I have no idea why that happened.

Injector duty cycle is well over 100% in the 4000+RPM range when on boost, so that will get worse when getting to redline. Definitely will need larger injectors.
