I got #1 connecting rod off the crank. Bearing looks perfect, no scratches. If they all look like this I will be stoked. Any suggestions on proper install of the ARP bolts. I plan to clean the rods, measure the bore torqued with the OEM bolts, install ARP torque a few times and measure again. Someone give me some advice on how best to clean the big end? Would green 600 grit Scotchbrite by hand in solvent tank be to aggressive?
