Sorry, I was desperate and took the shot gun approach to get max feedback. This is one of those things where I wasn't sure it was a 930 specific or general problem.
Anyway, some good news. I took out the one wire which was giving 0.5V lower voltages with key off on 5 & 6, and replaced it with a direct feed from the battery. Seems to have solved the problem! There must have been some short or feed that was dropping voltage on that line. When I would turn the key the voltage would drop way down. Haven't taken it for a test ride yet to see if everything else works, but it's certainly starting fine and powering the fuel pumps.
