That mount is similar to the 930/911 Turbo gearbox support (the bosses for the bushings are welded in) and Rebel Racing makes a two piece (two halves) replacement bushings for that type support that are very nice. I bought them recently and they are excellent.

The ones listed for a 911 are on the linked page (first item) . . . you'll need to look around to see if there is something specific for your year, or call Clint (the owner) and ask him if the 911 and/or 930 bushings will work in your car.

PS - you remove the old bushings by burning them out with a propane torch - very easy that way . . . support bar off the car and gearbox supported by a stand, obviously.
