Gavin, for your power levels, you're okay with how you have the fuel lines plumbed now.

If you want to "T" to both fuel rails, like the 3.2 Carrera and 964, that's fine, too, and your diagram is correct.
There is no need to use metric:AN adapters -- just buy the correct metric hose ends for 6AN fuel lines! Plenty of sellers in England. Alternatively you can have your fuel lines rebuilt, or DIY with fuel injection hose and high pressure injection clamps (we use stainless Oetiker pinch clamps).

TPS: TK's kit has a commonly used Hella/VDO/Continental TPS sensor. Connector is a standard Bosch 3-pin. I recommend just buy the whole kit and know that (a) it all works together and (b) it orients the TPS correctly so you can get the connector on and off
(Does not line up the connector with the manifold, for example, pinching the wiring -- yes, someone else's package does just this!)

You do not need any of that injector o-ring kit -- Scott is right, that's the pintel cap and orings, all included on new injectors.
Beware Siemens injectors on eBay. *So many* counterfeits out there. Highly recommend you purchase from a reputable seller.
Yes, injector clips (#8) do fit the Siemens.
