If you can get damn near any quantity of oil through the seals with pressure from your lungs.......then what you have here is a dead bearing/seal combination, no doubt in my mind!

I sold a used 3LDZ a long time ago, it was sold as a rebuildable core, since it rotated a little loosely. But during testing, I put 60 P.S.I. of air pressure on top of an oil filled length of hose attached to the bearing housing, and while oil did flow around the shaft and out the drain, not even a drop oozed past the seals.......so you do the math.
