Engine cooling resolved. I added 2 naca ducts for more air in the engine compartment, as well as re-installing the louvered engine lid. But the biggest improvement came from adding a Seatrab pc10-2 cooler. Same one that fits the 930 front spoiler. It's mounted under the chassis about half way back making less susceptible to damage vs in the front. Knocked the temps down 20-30 degrees. Actually runs cooler than the DP at 80mph despite the motor working harder. Cruising at 80mph with no boost on the DP, and .1-.2 boost in the bus. I was also able to remove the 2 fans under the i/c.
