That's painful to look at.. been there 30+ years ago with rusty old 4 cylinder BMW's.
Hurts the neck too.

I hope you've removed the rocker panels and looked at the longitudinals.
If the floor is rusted like that the bottom of the longitudinals are too and pretty much the whole bottom of the unibody chassis should be cut out in sections and replaced. Then primed and painted with epoxy primer or what ever is good these days.

If the inside of the doors are rusty you can remove the door panels and paint the insides with old motor oil to stop the rust for a while.
Gearbox oil is thicker and would probably last longer but might smell inside the car.
