Fixed. Cut the bracket in half, welded a 3/16 plate to the engine side of bracket and overlapping the turbo side, drilled two holes, welded the nuts to the turbo side so no screwing around with them. Brian, I had to remove the engine hanger so I could see where a leak was coming from, had to remove the turbo to get the bracket off. When I can do something to make it easier to work on I do it. Will I need to remove the hanger again with the engine in the car, who knows.
