999 K27 are a very mixed bag. Pretty much impossible to know what to expect without measurements.

First thing to observe: what size hot side housing? 9, 11, other?

What's the diameter of the turbine?

What are the critical measures of the compressor wheel?

What kind of compressor housing is it? K27 (usually 2") or K29 (usually 2.5").

From all of these, one can triangulate expected boost onset (normalized to your displacement and compression ratio), as well as discern top end potential.

Back to 999 turbos. I've seen every configuration under the sun. There's no reliable way to discern what you have just from part numbers, as these turbos were usually monkeyed with from day one, to accommodate specific track needs.
