Early sports seats 930: When backrest lever to wheel change?

I am slightly confused: When did Porsche start to introduce sports seats that featured a wheel for backrest adjustment for the Turbo Carrera?

When checking the web I gather:
  • in '75 and '76 the sports seats had the lever design
  • In '78 the wheel was prevalent
  • in '77 a lot of cars seem to feature the lever, but some also the wheel.

I am waiting for delivery of a '77 Turbo Carrera that has sports seats featuring the wheel and I am wondering if these are the original seats. The leather matches the rest of the interior in terms of looks and color fade (picture below).

On the web I gather that "MY 77" still had the lever, but I do find a number of 77 cars with sports seats with a wheel. The non-sports seats clearly had the wheel already in '77.

Maybe the change happened sometime during the MY77?

This very portal suggests that 77 - 84 had the wheel

Thanks for your help!
