Yes most of the people selling crank fire systems have a plug for the distributor hole.
they give you a new pully wheel with a sensor that is held down by the nut for the distributor.
Clewett Engnireering sells one.
Deoending on the ECU you are using to use COP's you might also need a cam sensor. Most people solve that by putting a steel bolt in the air pump wheel on the back of the turbo scavenge pump and mount the sensor to the housing.
