The first and second rebuild made no difference. Oil was flowing from both compressor and turbine sides.
The third rebuild was an improvement with the turbine side staying dry, however oil was still flowing through the compressor side.
This time during dismantlement the tolerances where carefully recorded. The result was the end gap of the turbine seals/rings where 3thou (.003") and the end gap of the compressor seals/rings where more than 4 times that (.014").
I have not been able to speak with them as yet, however I assume the compressor seal/rings have been changed to meet the manufactured tolerances of 3-6thou end gap.

Again thanks pelicans for the support.

The oil leaks are mainly from hoses/lines, like oil coolers etc.
