Yep, take the wheels apart. The centers will have to be repainted. The outer lips will just need to be re-polished, and then just buy new hardware (bolts and nuts). Put back together, and reseal... good as new!!!!

look for about $250 for the hardware for all four wheels
$20 on the sealant
and whatever the labor is for the polishing of the lips and repaint of the centers...

And another plug for Thatcher.... he is the man!!!
