You cannot tweek the Digi WUR settings without a download programme from UT. You hook your laptop into the black box (There should be a USB connection coming from it.) It also has to splice into the purple/black TD wire for rpm. It looks like a Gen 2 unit. They used a fuel injector duty cycle tweek to control the WUR control pressure. The injector was doing the same job as the diaphragm in the regular WUR. Tweek the duty cycle and you altered the fuel pressure on top of the FD piston. The injector controlled the flow back to the fuel tank. But as far as I know they never worked properly. Mine didn't. Dump it or you will be spending a huge amount of time chasing shadows. Everything should retro fit back to a regular WUR. You will have a spare TD wire to dispose of.
