987 chirping sound when migratig from lower to higher revs

Been replacing the water pump, and coolant assembly
and got the Sebing TT exhaust tips on it as well.
replaced the belts and the tensioner roller as well.
car runs good sounds great, less by noises then before.

so now i'm hearing new noises

There is this chirping sound, a resonance i get when i'm pulling through the revs at around 4800 rpm.
I don't always here it, like if i pull low speed high gear, for a slow rev, i don't get it.
But when having fun on the small and fun roads.. there is this clear resonating chirp at around 4800.
At furst I thought it was an exhaust mounting nut loose and resonating, but it's not, drive it with the cover off and it sure comes from the engine itself.
But sounds less out of the ordinary with all the other sound (engin cover off = loud)

Is 4800 that when the Variocam kicks in for the 2.7?
Anybody else have ever heard this?
