I'm really close... Here's what I've done:

1. Put all electronics back in their place.
2. Put alligator clip on #86 of Rear Relay and plugged back in the relay... Clip is thin, so this is possible...
3. Connected other end to 12v
4. Turned on Key and Car operated as it used to - - no pumps.
5. Removed the AFM Connector - - pumps ran.
6. Pushed down on Plate - - pumps ran.

So, my problem is #86 PIN is not getting 12v. I just don't know where/how to trace the 12v accessory voltage which is supposed to supply #86 on this relay?

I'm showing the 14-pin has a constant 12v only on #14. There is no other voltage feeding into this connector with the key on or off... Is this correct?

And, if so, where does #86 get it's 12v ACC [Key On] power from? Shannon
