I Need Help !

My 1991 BMW 735il right rear makes a noise when I am slowing down at any speed, but when I speed up the noise goes away... What could it be ? The back plate or is it something with the suspension o the right rear? I do not need to put on the breaks for the noise to appear... Please help !
I am in northen Delaware, near the PA border...

use a professional tool for your BMW, get a complete diagnosis on all modules.
Regarding your car is old model, using the GT1 or INPA is enough to save money.
I see ecutool store sell several diagnostic tools; find the best one for you.
