Come and Gone

Currently prepairing for my move back too the bayarea which is sort of stressful.
Been working on alot of Toyota Applications finishing some cylinder heads for clients.
Almost finished with Schwarzeritter's latest modifications. I am going to be interested in seeing what sort of response and orders I might get for ( siblings ) The cool thing is I only plan on one Schwarzeritter. Never again in a 930/911 application. Maybe a 964 or 993 beyond.
I am working over the interior next.
The new exhaust manifold and system is out right *****ing. I was astonished at how light I got the unit. The SOUND IS INTOXICATINGLY GOOD..
I am on a 2nd week brake in of the system.
Let it go on a few head cycels.
However what stunned me was that a gentelman approached me when I sat down and complimented Schwarzeritters sound.
Asked where I purchused it and if they might of made anything for Lamborghini, I had a laugh when I whent on too explain about my company and that I created it. Here stands a 40+ some odd old gentelman probbly about 6ft looking down at my 174.5cm 54.5kg frame absolutly confused.
He though I was joking initally, but when I carried on he was stunned. I know I look young, haha I should be thankful I suppose for this.
But his compliment was enough, the fact that a exotic car owner had taken note felt really good.
I felt that I had acomplished something special.
You see as a tuner/ engineer/ I am self chritical.
Not chritical in a lack of confidence way, merely chritical at perfection and craftsman ship.
Ah and last but not least MERRY CHRISTMAS!
