Blockage in AC line?

Do i have a blockage in my ac line (318 e46)? Because the compressor works but no cooling at all.
It started with the usual one sided cooling driver's side was moderately cooling and passenger warm- the technician recharged the system and i was happy for a day. Then i noticed a drop in performance and a repeat of one sided cooling after 36hrs. Went back, and got a second opinion from an electrician who pointed out the compressor was low on oil because of the noises it made plus he checked the valves. IT WAS!

We fixed that up, but the AC technician refused to flush the system 'assuring' me it was ok- he did his thing.

A few hours later- the ac is on, compressor's working tirelessly (but now hotter than usual- check with water sprinkles), but all vents are blowing hot air and not even ac line is cold to touch.

He pushed the high n low pressure valves that gushed forth a murky oily sludge- says there's a blockage due to the new oil addition.

WHAT DO I DO?

Did you inspect the condenser and hoses also?
