Trunk open warning stays on
My 2000 323i has a trunk open warning on even though the trunk is closed. I have checked all of the wiring from the latch to the inside of the quarter panel and even though it checked OK, I replaced the wires to the trunk latch switch. I have also replaced the latch assembly. When the trunk is opened and closed, the scan tool indicates a change from OFF to ON on the "Input Contacts" screen, but shows no change on the "Inputs/Diagnostic" screen. Any ideas?http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1632839258.jpg
