Intermittent electrical issues

Hey Guys, I have a 2004 BMW 320i. I just changed the transmission, rear main seal and oil pan gasket. I decided to change the lights as well as the old ones were dull and faded. Since I've done this my turn signals work sporadically and sometimes they don't show on the instrument cluster but they are actually physically working. Yesterday I couldn't get them to stop and had to jiggle the turn signal arm and it finally stopped. My High beam light on the dash won't come on when I turn my high beams on and my headlights and dash lights 't won't come on all the time either. Could this be a short somewhere? Maybe I broke a wire when changing the lights. Could this be an ignition issue or maybe the turn signal lever? Or does this sound like the FRM?
Thanks,

I don’t think it’s the FRM
