I searched the Pelican catalogue to no avail.
We're missing a small piece on our 2000 323i:
There is a little "grill" segment below the bumper... I can't describe it well enough, so here's a pic I stole from a google search:

The piece does NOT span the width, but is just a portion on the passenger side of the car, perhaps 10 inches in length.

Where might I look for new and/or used parts such as this?

Dealer or a junk yard would probably be best bet...
