Error p0306

Dear friends, I have a problem that is making me sleepy ... it is a BMW E46 325i 2002, which accuses the Scanner OBDII with the error "P0306" (ignition fault / cylinder injection # 6), causing intermittent faults when in (Which when reset or switched off / on the vehicle, returns to normal for some time) finally ... I made the position changes of the coils, replacing the candles, checking the cables and current Etc. Some mechanics have suggested to make head grinding claiming to be a valve problem, others have recommended taking the car on NASA to check the alien defect (rs) ... at home, I removed the MAF plug or MAP, and the car works normal ... which makes me think that it could be some problem of "air" in the vehicle, if it were nozzles, candles and coils, without the sensor there would be the same defect ... if it were valves or Head too ... important to note that I was leaving In the exhaust water when accelerating, but did not drain water from the radiator nor was there any mixing when checking the oil cap ... in other tests, with MAP / MAF on, when I removed the oil cap, I noticed a slight pressure / suction Close with the palm of the hands, and when removing the vehicle began to die ... Would be very grateful and a tip or suggestion of what may be happening ... ;-)
