Parking Brake Expander
Does anyone know for sure which way the parking brake expander on an E46 should go - with the pivot facing upwards or downwards? I've removed the shoes, springs and adjuster & also the expander that the cable pulls on. Unfortunately, I've removed both sides so haven't now got a reference! My TIS disc appears to show the pivot facing upwards, but the diagram on realoem.com appears to show it the other way. Neither images are clear enough to be certain.
