cylinder block technical question please help

hi i have a 2002 325i with the m54 engine that i purchased. it was overheated from a cracked radiator, so yes the engine was ran without water. i replaced the radiator and filled it back up just to see how bad the damage was. it was not just mixing water with the oil but it was shooting it out the tailpipe, there was water in at least two cylinders. i decided to tackle the job so i got me a new set of double vanos tools. i took the head out and noticed that a few cylinder sleeves where slightly sticking out of the block deck, i know the means that my block is warped but here are my questions. will it be ok with a cylinder head, and block resurface? or do i have to re-sleeve the block? also is there such thicker head gasket that will compensate for all the milling that is going to be done to the head and block?

If it were mine, I would not risk any investment in that engine. I would be looking for a junk yard engine to put in there.

What Manolito said. You will have more money in that engine than it is worth.
