Rotors: NOT fitting a 2001 & up E46 - what are these actually for?

Center 'hat' section about 1/4" higher than OEM - will not fit over/into hub

Those are for the rears are they? Looks like they have the emergency brake drum.

They are rears for certain - but for WHAT MODEL??? I haven't a clue
