Diagnostic Codes only shows misfires, but no sensor fault codes??

07 328i, 59000 miles. Misfires. Very rough idling, heavy unburned exhaust gas smell. Service Engine Soon (SES ) Light on. Ran BMW DIS v57 software. Changed oil and filter, all new spark plugs and ignition coils. Still misfires. Maybe from different cylinders. With engine off, most recent codes using software DME v57 are
29D1 misfires cylinder 5 SAE code P0305
29CF misfires cylinder 3 SAE code P0303
29D0 misfires cylinder 4 SAE code P0304
2EC1 DME: Firing, cylinder 5 ignition time too short
2E1A DME Firing cylinder 3 ignition time too short
2E1B DME Firing, cylinder 4 ignition time too short
29CC DME: Combustion misfires several cylinders

Why no other component failure codes from other sensors, that usually accompanying with misfires, such as from O2 sensors, Mass Airflow, Fuel Injectors, Fuel Pressure Regulator, Fuel Pump, Hydraulic Valve Adjusters, MAF, Vacuum Leak, Idle Control Valve, O2 Sensor, Oil, Throttle Position Sensor, Valvetronic Motor etc.???

Could bad, contaminated gas or water in gas tank cause this above symptoms? I mean no sensor error codes?
