"crank but no cigar"
2007 BMW 525i 5 Series E60 N52,while driving at a low speed felt as if the engine wanted to cut off so i pulled over put it in park and gave it a little rev. It seemed to work and it cleared up BUT moments after i had shut car off and went to restart,crank no start. Its been sitting for 6 months and during that time,are you ready for it, I've replaced battery,IBS,starter,alternator,spark plugs,ignition coils,valvetronic,fuel injectors and fuel pump.CRANK NO START. I now have ISTA+D & INPA but little to no exp in using it but I am working on that. Anyways,I had MANY faults not only as a person but within my car but managed to bring the number down. Following fault codes are stored for tested function or component group.
DME control unit 2E30 2E31 2E32 2E33 2E34 2E35 Also fault 2DED DME:Power managment,closed circuit current violation 9CB9 LM:Battery exhausted A8BB LM:E60 right clearance light faulty I just recently replaced a few relays in Ebox under hood that did have water damage and blah blah blah im tired of hearing myself type.
