Spark plug wire no 6

What is the trick to disconnecting the sensor under the intake mainifold that comes from spark plug wire no 6. I can't see it other than feeling it. I'm new to BMW's and the is one of the worse design nightmares I have seen.

Can someone help me?

You should be able to twist the rubber boot off the wire itself. I believe you can use either end but I used the end that is used to go over the spark plug. Once you have that off, you should be able to slide the wire with the sensor off the spark plug wire. Then just twist the rubber boot back on and you should be set to go. Hope this helps you out.
