BMW Roundel Tranny Oil leak

I have had the tranny rear seal replaced and 5,000k later it starts to leak. I just checked the fluid level and it appears to be to high. The seal was replaced with a non BMW which leaked soon later, and then replaced with a bimmer seal. Has anyone any suggestions as to what it would be other than the seal or being over filled?
