conversion to US specs
 
I am wondering if anyone out there know what needs to be changed EXACTLY in order for a European 1990 525i to get through customs. If there is a website or an email addy, or even phone number please let me know. I still have over 2 years untill I need to get it done. I would just like to spread all the spending over the 2 years.
