E34 Coolant level sender
I continually get a coolant level warning despite radiator and expansion tank being full. It's either dodgy sender or wiring. Unfortunately, Bentley's doesn't describe a test or provide the wiring diagram for this. Can anyone help?

have you considered the 'check control' module?
I've recently gone thru massive issues with various senders warning of all kinds of weird schisa, I investigate and everything's fine. I finally yanked the check control module and no worries. I can manually check my coolant level, oil level, brake pad thickness, etc, just fine without needing a stoopid komkputr to nag me constantly... and bonus tip, the DME relay is just an ordinary relay one can find anywhere; I replaced the overpriced BMW part nujmber with a hella, no ill effects noted.
