HELP w/ Proper fluid type
 

Hi new guy here who needs HELP..
I have a leak in my power steering fluid,medium leak but it needs to be topped off so I can get it fixed and fast. I have a 98 528 I w/std trans... It says according to the owners manual that I can only use ATF Oil only so I take it I can not use power steering fluid? so what kind of atf fluid should I use dextron II ok? the manual also said that only the dealer can top off the fluid. What can I use that won't hurt my power steering? and can I just add it to get by or is there something special i need to do so I can atleast get this to my garage

Use Dexron III. Any brand. Nothing special. No worries.

While I have you here, what fluid is used in the 92 525iT (wagon) power steering/leveling system? Any idea what the total system capacity is?
