My BMW front passenger door lock is inoperable. The remote control can unlock all doors and trunk except for the passenger front. The in-car lock switch works fine on all doors except for the passenger front. I tried pulling the inside door lever twice to unlock door and simultaneously pull the lock stick manually, but no luck. Anyone know how to open my passenger front door. Help!!!!!

If pulling the inside handle twice isn't working then the problem must be mechanical. Pull the door panel and see what is broken/binding.

This is what transpire so far. My driver side window regulator failed so I took apart the panel and removed the regulator assembly. The window is up and supported by a wooden stick cushioned by newspaper. The window control assembly was left dangling from the harness. It rained extremely hard last night and some rain water managed to enter the door frame. The water dripped down the harness and soaked the window control assembly. As soon as I noticed I removed the assembly. The strange thing is that before I removed the assembly my driver side door became stuck but the passenger door is now operable. Is the power door lock and the power window controller somehow interconnected?
