1994 525i Radiator Trouble

I seem to have a leak between the radiator and expansion pack. The radiator is new and I just replaced the upper hose. The lower hose is fine. I need some help on how to replace. Has anyone done this and willing to offer step by step or suggestions?

Thanks,
Andrew

By expansion pack, do you mean the overflow tank? If so, it could just be the O-rings at the top and bottom of the tank, or it could be the tank is cracked.

To pull the tank you'll need to drain the radiator. Take the radiator cap off. Look at the plastic around the top of the tank around the cap and you'll see two screws. Pull those screws and lift the rectangular plastic holder off the tank. The tank now lifts straight out of the radiator. You may have to wiggle and/or twist it some to get it to pop loose. If the tank is good you can just replace the orings at the top and bottom and put it back.
