exhaust for 2003 540i
Hello all. I am usually on the 911 bbs but I picked up a 2003 540i sport with the M package. I like the car, the only thing I would like to work on is the exhaust. What have others done? I'm not looking for any more performance and I really don't want another car that drones like my 911. My Honda Odyssey has about the same exhaust tip. Pelican sells Supersprints that seem nice. I'm looking at over $1000 just to change these out and I am wondering who else has done it. Thanks.

I removed the rear most muffler on our 528 last year so give it a bit more sound. I liked it but wifey didn't so I ended up installing a cheap turbo muffler that was a good compromise. Yeah, I know it's not a V8 but it still was a fun car.
