15w50 for my 1997 528i that uses alot of oil?
Hi guys,
What do you think about putting 15w50 into my car (1997 528i with 116K)? It uses alot of oil, as I understand because of nature of my drive stop and go). Don't have any smoke coming from pipe or any big leak that can use 1qt in a week or two. I'm in Hawaii so no need to worry about running in cold condition (well, it's cold now 'just' 70F  ).When I got a quota from dealer for oil change they use this oil but when I stop by to buy some oil they sell 5w30 only... |
