suspension noise when its cold out

99- 528i
I have this noise when I turn the wheels or when going over bumps only when it is cold out. If the temp gets into the 30's I get the noise.
It is bugging me that I can't pinpoint where it is coming from.
Last summer I installed new bilsteins, during the process I put new spring pads, strut mounts, and new sway bar links.
I thought it was the sway bar bushings, nope, I replaced them and the noise is exactly the same.
I thought the strut nut might be too tight at the bearing and causing the strut to bind up, nope the strut is rotating properly.

The only things I can think of are the control arm bushings or the thrust arm bushings.

I don't think it is the tie rods, those are fairly new and as I said I get the same kind of noise if I roll over a speed bump when it is cold out.

Anyone have any ideas?
